Our client approached us to implement a direct to consumer website. After a four week immersive discovery conducting team interviews, customer feedback reviews and investor growth expectations, we were able to do more. We developed a 3 year roadmap leading to outcomes aligned to those expectations. Yes, we launched their B2C website in less than 90 days along with branding of that site across web, social and traditional outlets.
More than that, we provided leadership coaching, and added Customer Relationship Management, a B2B website, Business Intelligence with Balanced Scorecards and a long term organizational structure with a few immediate hires. They are now on a double digit growth trajectory after 3 straight years of flat to small growth.
A well known furniture brand came to us after exponential growth in 3rd party marketplace sales on Amazon. They wanted to add more marketplaces not only in the US, but the globe. After an extensive business workshop and quarter long discovery, digging into every aspect of their organization, it was apparent this channel proliferation was putting a strain on inventory and operations.
We were able to uncover that their financial planning tools were not cutting it as a complete Enterprise Resource Planning system, so we focused on migrating them to a more robust cloud software system complete with all the necessary operational processes. We then added 3rd Party Logistics overseas, partnered with a channel integration provider to streamline their current and future channel expansion and overhauled their direct to consumer website. They have doubled their business and have expanded to 5 new countries with better control of their supply chain and customer experience.
Our client has carved our a nice niche for himself. His 10 person shop has been offering great service earning him a passionate social media following. His growth was primarily from referrals and while business was good, it was not growing at a rate he had hoped.
We came in and helped him revamp his brand and presence online as well in digital marketing outlets. While our marketing expertise focused on their brand, our business coach went to work on their shop processes, key performance goal setting with an overhaul of their financial systems, payroll and workforce management. We then drafted a 3 year plan to expand his business online as well as physically in the region.
His service offerings have streamlined, he is now booked out a month in advance instead of hustling to just make it through the week. He has a new overhauled main shop and he has taken these new processes and systems to a new location with plans to expand to two new regions in the next 5 years!
